Ethical Considerations

INTELLECTIA: Interactive Journal of English Education and Teaching Innovations is committed to maintaining ethical standards in research and publication. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research complies with ethical principles, particularly for studies involving human participants, educational interventions, personal data, or sensitive information.

Authors conducting research involving human participants must provide an ethical statement in their manuscript. The statement should include relevant information regarding ethical approval, informed consent, confidentiality, and the protection of participants' rights.

Researchers are expected to ensure that:

1. Participation in research is voluntary and based on informed consent.
2. Participants are adequately informed about the purpose and procedures of the study.
3. Personal information and participant identities are protected and kept confidential.
4. Research procedures do not cause harm or disadvantage to participants.
5. Data are collected, analyzed, and reported responsibly and transparently.

When ethical approval from an institutional review board or ethics committee is required, authors should provide information regarding the approval and the responsible institution.

For studies that do not involve human participants, personal data, or ethical concerns requiring approval, authors should clearly state that ethical approval was not required.

The editorial team reserves the right to request additional information regarding ethical compliance when necessary. Manuscripts that do not meet appropriate ethical standards may be rejected or withdrawn from the publication process.
